09:30- 17:00 - The Art of Counter-Terrorism - ICT's Annual International Conference.                               

 The conference is a vital opportunity for high-profile experts from diverse background of disciplines to establish professional relationships and serves as a platform for the formation of international cooperation. In the conference will be presented keynotes regarding Terrorism and Radicalization in Prisons. Among the speakers will be the Minister of Public security and Strategic Affairs, the German State Secretary for Security  and Counter-Terorrism, a Senior Official from the Metropolitan Police, the Head of the Israel Prison Service Intelligence Division and many others. 

In addition, there will be two plenary sessions dealing with Terrorism Thrests to Israel and with Current Trends in lone Wolf Terrorism where the ICT will release its latest research on the topic.

Are faced with the threat of terrorism. In response, states have amped up their

Efforts to capture terrorists who are threatening their civilians. As a result, the

Number of inmates who were convicted of terrorism is on the rise throughout the

Globe. This has brought a number of challenges to the fore, including the potential

Use of prisons as hubs of radicalization, recruitment and planning by terror groups. 

This workshop will detail the issues that law enforcement agencies are facing around

The world as a result of the increased incarceration of inmates who were convicted

Of terrorism. This will include discussions of inmate placement, methods for

Intelligence collection from inmates, division of inmates, effectively accompanying

inmates after their release and countering radicalization
